Qualification

If author and co-authors for this registration belong to overseas affiliations, they are not required to be a member of the Japanese Association of Cardiovascular Intervention and Therapeutics (CVIT). However, if the author/co-author belongs to an institution in Japan, membership registration to CVIT by the meeting dates is required.

•Session information of Symposium

Predicting and preventing onset of ACS by identifying unstable plaque is an urgent issue which we cardiologists must solve.
In this session, we are going to clarify the direction to advance as clinician or research doctor from now on, and discuss future outlook with everyone by introducing high quality studies tackling this issue.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Applicants are requested to submit an abstract via online submission form.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before the submission.

Language English
Word Limit Title: Up to 20 words
Abstract Body: 220 words (130 words with a chart/image）
Chart/Image You can upload one file in "jpg", "png" or "gif" format.

How to Submit Your Abstract

  1. Please prepare an abstract body according to the guidelines.
  2. Please submit an abstract from the “Abstract Submission” button at the bottom of this page.
  3. A confirmation mail with a registration number will be sent to the registered e-mail address when the submission is completed. (Please avoid registering a free mail address, since there is a possibility of rejecting the confirmation mail.) Issuance of the number should be regarded as an acknowledgement of receipt of the abstract.
    Please note that the confirmation e-mail might be delivered to a SPAM folder of your mail box. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check if your information is correctly registered from "View / Edit" form and contact the Administration Office. ( cvit2025-endai@uproses.co.jp )

*Notes for Abstract Submission

  • Please use an appropriate browser and contact e-mail address. Use of an old browser version can hinder proper abstract submission.

  • The registration number and password should be saved by the applicants, since these are required in the abstract correction/confirmation procedure. Please note that for security reasons, no password inquiry is accepted.
  • During the application period, registered abstracts can be corrected (deleted) through "View / Edit" button at the bottom of the page.

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection

The results will be notified by e-mail in the beginning of March, 2025.
