Pre-registration Period: Saturday, May 10 – Monday, June 30, 2025
Regular Registration Period: Tuesday, July 1 – Saturday, July 19, 2025

 Registration Fee

*1: For nurse, clinical laboratory technician, radiology technician, clinical engineer, pharmacist etc.

*2: Postgraduate students are not included. Junior Residents and students should send an e-mail to CVIT2025 Registration Desk (heartmeetings-plus@uproses.co.jp) with the following information to make registration. Please attach a certificate or ID showing you are currently a junior resident who is in the internship (2 years period) after graduation from medical school (  Template: Certificate of Junior Resident) or a student (Student ID).

• E-mail Contents: 1) Full Name 2) Affiliation 3) Telephone Number 4) E-mail address 5) Registration Category (Junior Resident or Student)

 How to make registration

1. Please access a registration website, Heartmeetings+, via the [Registration Website] button at the bottom of the page.
2. If you access the website for the first time, please create a new account by clicking the [Member Registration] button. If you already have an account, please click [LOGIN] button.
3. Once you have created your account or successfully logged in, please select your registration category.
4. Please note that we only accept payment by credit card. Please enter your credit card information on the payment webpage.
5. After payment is completed, CVIT2025 will be listed in "Event / Seminars" section of "My Page". Receipt and Name badge can be issued from "My Page". Please print out your own name badge in color and A4 size and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting.
   * Downloading your name badge will be available from early July.

 Notes on Registration

• You are required to create an account of Heartmeetings+ in order to proceed CVIT2025 registration.
• If you would like to register more than one person, please click "Proxy purchasing" button on "Event Payment" page.
