On request, CVIT2025 is pleased to issue a letter of invitation to participate in CVIT2025.
The letter of invitation will be issued upon receipt of your payment for CVIT2025 pre-registration which will start from April.
Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit CVIT to any financial supports and being a guardian with regard to your attendance at CVIT2025.
*24,200JPY per person will be charged to issue the visa application documents other than the invitation letter.
